All prices include USPS Priority shipping (2 – 3 days). We cannot ship to PO boxes, so please provide a street address that accepts USPS deliveries. Orders include approximately 10% overage to allow for occasional variation is sizes or deaths during transit (which is rare; roaches are hardy!). You will be notified when your order is shipped. Please plan to receive your order on the day it is delivered. We cannot be responsible for the condition of orders not accepted on the day of delivery. Orders shipped during cold weather will include heat packs and insulated boxes.
